My Contribution to Chifforo
Chifforo is an Auburn-based clothing rental and resale marketplace created to make finding affordable, stylish clothing more accessible to college students. I was first introduced to Isabella, Chifforo’s founder, during the spring of my sophomore year, and we immediately bonded over our shared love of fashion. When I learned there was an opportunity to contribute to the marketing of her growing startup, I knew it was something I wanted to be part of. How often do you get the chance to work alongside a founder and help bring her vision to life while still in college?
I contributed to Chifforo’s marketing and pre-launch efforts by helping develop promotional content and brand guidelines, set up an analytics dashboard, oraganize and support social media content structure, and connect with potential brand ambassadors. I even was able to contribute to projects such as competitor social audits, investor facing one pagers, and consumer trust and protection strategy research. Through this experience, I gained insight into the marketing behind a growing startup and how intentional branding, customer-focused strategy, and community engagement can help bring a business to life.
